There is a short window of time whereby we may be able to edit or cancel an order after the order has been placed. If you change your mind after ordering, you can email our support team on email@example.com and they will be happy to advise whether a cancellation is still possible.
Whilst we will do all we can to ensure your order is delivered on time, MyVanna cannot be held responsible for conditions beyond our control such as severe weather, service interruptions or delays, etc.
MyVanna will not refund any items that have been dispatched and are currently in transit. Refusing delivery or returning a package as ‘Return to sender’ are not appropriate methods of return shipment.
We do accept return if the item is unused and in it's original conditions. Contact our customer service team on firstname.lastname@example.org prior to returning items to us so they can issue return instructions.
If good were damaged upon receipt please email us within 24 hours of delivery confirmation. Email email@example.com with the subject line "DAMAGED ITEMS" and include your order number. Damages due to shipping will be reviewed and we will work with you closely to resolve the situation in the most reasonable way possible.
In case of refuse packages, the shipping and handling fee will be charged to the payment form selected during checkout and will be subtracted from any refund.
If you are not happy with your order we would gladly exchange it for you within 30 days of your order. Customer satisfaction is our number 1 priority and we will work with you to make it right. For all exchange simply reach out to us using the "Contact Us" form on our website. Be sure to include your order number and the description of the problem.
